Recreational Gymnastics Cancellation Policy
To make our withdrawal process clearer and more flexible for families, we have updated our cancellation policy to operate on a one-month notice period.
How the Notice Period Works

Cancellations may be submitted at any time.

Your one-month notice period begins on the day you submit your cancellation. Cancellation MUST be submitted in writing by emailing info@capcitygym.com. We will NOT accept verbal cancellation as it becomes hard to track.

Tuition and class participation continue only for the duration of that one-month notice window.
Example
If a family submits a cancellation on December 20th:

The notice period runs from December 20th to January 20th.

Tuition is charged only for that period.

After January 20th, enrollment and billing end automatically.
Why This Policy?

Provides families with more flexibility.

Eliminates the need to cancel by the 15th of the month.

Ensures a simple, predictable process that aligns payment with actual participation.
