For ALL programs, children must be the minimum age within one month of the class start date. Any exceptions must be validated be the Recreational Coordinator.

Discounts

A 10% discount will apply to families who train a total of 5 or more hours per week.

NSF Charges - A surcharge of $25.00 will be added to all NSF payments.

NOTE: We charge $5 for a new receipt so be sure to keep all of your receipts!

First Day Info....

Welcome to Capital City Gymnastics Club. We are proud to offer fun gymnastics classes in our center of excellence. Our main focus is to make the classes fun for all gymnasts while being active and safe.

Please observe the classes from the viewing area upstairs. To ensure your child’s safety, please refrain from speaking to your child while they are in class.

Please remember that although our coaches are often young, they are fully certified and are well qualified. All employees have First-Aid and CPR training.

Please note the following to ensure that you and your children are well prepared for your class.

Arriving

	Please be on time for all classes to ensure that the gymnasts have a proper warm-up at the beginning of each class.
	Jackets and bags must be hung in the boot room, and shoes stored on the shelves in the front entrance.
	For safety reasons children should wait on the benches until their coach begins the class. Please be careful to keep your children off the equipment before the class begins to ensure their safety.

Gym Attire

	Bodysuits are available for purchase at the front desk (but are not necessary for class).
	Shorts/sweats and a t-shirt are preferred. Avoid clothing with buttons, zippers, snaps or anything that could catch on equipment.
	Longer hair should always be secured in a ponytail.
	No jewelry, no gum, no shoes or socks!
	Please cover all warts with a Band-Aid or gym tape.

Parent Attire for Parent and Tots and Tumblebugs

	Track pants, sweats, or shorts.
	T-shirt, sweatshirt, tank top, etc.
	Socks are ok, but no shoes.

Missed Classes, Cancellations and Refunds

	All classes are subject to change due to registration numbers and coaching availability.
	The non-refundable Alberta Gymnastics Federation fee ($25) is not included in class prices.
	Cancellation prior to the session start date will be given a refund of the class cost less a $15 administration fee.
	Cancellation before the third class will be the class cost less the cost of the classes attended as well as a $15 administration fee.
	There will be NO REFUNDS after the start of the third class.
	Please see the office to check on the availability of a make-up class if your child has been away.
