Programs

Recreation Program

The Recreational Program offers classes for boys and girls from age 12 months to adult.

We have classes that cater to all levels and abilities including special needs, birthday parties, gym rentals, corporate events and private classes.

We also offer Trampoline and Tumbling, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Teen Classes, and Boys only classes.

Note: All recreational classes are required to pay a one time yearly $25.00 A.G.F registration fee.

Competitive Program

We offer a variety of competitive programs at all competitive ages for both boys and girls. Our programs cater to all ability levels, beginning at local, and moving through provincial to national and international levels. Admission to the program is based on the recommendation of the Competitive Head Coach.
