  1. How do I register?
    Contact the office and we will see if there are any spots available in the class of your choice. We accept registrations via telephone or in person.

    "National Coaching Certification Program".

  3. How do I have my child assessed for the competitive program?
    The competitive program is by invitation only. If your child is talented and wants to be competitive, then they must be assessed by the program head or a coach assigned by the program head.

  4. What is RSS, and what does it mean?
    Really Simple Syndication (formerly Rich Site Summary and RDF Site Summary), a newsfeed technology.

    RSS is a format for delivering regularly changing web content. Many news-related sites, weblogs and other online publishers syndicate their content as an RSS Feed to whoever wants it. You can sign up for the Capital City RSS news feeds to always be on top of what is happening at the gym.
