Does the idea of having a birthday party at your place give you a headache?

Have it here!

Host a birthday party packed with gymnastics fun at Capital City Gymnastics Club!  Participate in supervised gymnastics activities, group games, and use of the facilities.


Parties are two hours long, one hour in the gym and one hour upstairs in a party room.  Cost is $150.00 for 10 kids, $10.00 for each additional child.

A non-refundable $150.00 deposit is required at the time booking is made. Parties may be sharing the gym with other groups.

Birthday Parties are offered on: (Hours for Fall & Winter)

Friday 8:00 - 10:00 pm
Saturdays 5:00 - 7:00 pm
6:30 - 8:30 pm
8:00 - 10:00 pm
Sundays 11:00 - 1:00 pm
12:30 - 2:30 pm
2:00 - 4:00 pm
School Field Trips

Capital City Gymnastics offers field trips for all schools regardless of age or grade. We also do field trips for special needs groups and programs.

We can accommodate schools coming into the gym or we can send coaches into the school to run the program.

The cost is $6.00/child per hour.

Book early as spaces fill up quickly and quite far in advance.
